- Features
- Cold mix and recycling: Very slow breaking cationic emulsifier for plant produced mixes and Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) with long workability time
- Base stabilization: Emulsions made with Redicote E-4880 can be used for base stabilization in combination with cement
- Value for the money: Can be used at low dosages (1-1.5%) resulting in high quality emulsions with low settlement passing the cement mixing test
- Easy handling: Redicote E-4880 does not contain flammable solvents, has low viscosity, is completely water soluble and dissolves easily in the soap phase
- Suitable for tack, prime and dust suppression: Emulsions made with Redicote E-4880 are easy to dilute and can penetrate finely graded aggregate substrates due to their high wetting power
- Free of Nonyl phenol ethoxylates (NPEs): Redicote E-4880 does not contain NPEs.
- Excellent emulsion quality at lower dosage and can be used without addition of acid in the soap
- Non-flammable version of Redicote E-11 E for safer handling
- Cationic super stable proven emulsifier that has wider applicability.
- Super stable emulsifier providing extended workability FDR, plant produced cold mixes and base stabilization
- Faster setting for Cold in-place recycling (CIR) with or without cement. Can be used for many applications.
- Water based non-flammable quaternary ammonium emulsifier that can be used as a break retarder.
- Excellent emulsion quality at lower dosage and can be used without addition of acid in the soap
- Non-flammable version of Redicote E-11 for safer handling.
- Cationic super stable proven emulsifier that has wider applicability
