NovaCentrix Metalon JS-A211 is an electrically conductive ink designed to produce circuits on non-porous, temperature-sensitive substrates including polycarbonate, PET, polyimide, and glass. The ink contains a fluoropolymer which provides excellent adhesion and water-resistance on most substrates. The Metalon JS-A series of inks are specially formulated for compatibility and stability with various printheads including those manufactured by Dimatix and Xaar.

NovaCentrix Metalon JS-A191 is an electrically conductive ink designed to produce circuits on non-porous, temperature-sensitive substrates including polycarbonate and PET. The ink can be thermally cured or PulseForge® processed. NovaCentrix manufactures silver nanopowder with average particle size of 25 nm, with a specific surface area of 23 m2 /gm. Silver nanopowder is used in electrically conductive inks for inkjet and flexographic printing. Silver has also been shown to have antimicrobial properties. NovaCentrix Metalon JS-A39S-R is a silver nanoparticle water-based inkjet ink that features mirror-like effects in digital printing. Suitable for use with Piezo (Samba, KM, others) and thermal (HP) along with plastic and glass substrates.

NovaCentrix Metalon JS-A101A is an electrically conductive ink designed to produce circuits on porous and non-porous substrates such as coated papers and polymeric films including polycarbonate and PET. This ink can be thermally cured at temperatures as low as 100°C or PulseForge® processed for enhanced conductivity. The ink is formulated for printing from the Dimatix Samba printhead and various thermal inkjet printheads such as those manufactured by HP. It is a water-based silver nanoparticle inkjet ink, suitable for Piezo (Samba, KM, others), and thermal HP inkjet heads on porous and nonporous substrates, such as plastics and paper (requires PulseForge® curing).

The ink contains a polyurethane which provides excellent adhesion and water-resistance on most substrates. The Metalon JS-A series of inks are specially formulated for compatibility and stability with various printheads including those manufactured by Dimatix and Xaar.

JG-106 is an electrically conductive gold nanoparticle ink designed to produce conductive traces on substrates such as paper, PET, glass, and polyimide. JG-106 ink is specially formulated for inkjet printing and is compatible with a variety of printheads including the FujiFilm Dimatix Samba. The formulation contains a polymeric additive for improved adhesion to a variety of substrates and cured prints are resistant to water and isopropanol. Applications for the ink include general purpose printing as well as biomedical applications, high density interconnects, and fine line printing.
