- Instructions for Use
Mixing
Thoroughly mix just prior to use by adding 0.5% by weight catalyst to base. Work Time may be extended by using as low as 0.1% curing agent. Caution: R-2550 catalyst may cause skin irritation. In case of eye contact, irrigate with water immediately and seek medical attention. (Standard catalyst is dibutyl tin dilaurate.)
Vacuum Deaeration
Remove air entrapped during mixing by common vacuum deaeration procedure, observing all applicable safety precautions. Slowly apply vacuum, up to 28 inches Hg, to a container rated for use and of volume at least four times that of material being deaerated. Hold vacuum until presence of air is no longer evident.
