NYCOA's family of specialty engineered specialty copolymer nylons are unique in the performance they offer, and are quite different from shorter chain nylons such as Nylon 6 or Nylon 66.

NXTamid-L chemistries were designed as innovative alternatives to Nylon 11 and Nylon 12, and to meet or exceed on the high performance properties such as:

lower moisture absorption
broad chemical resistance

In addition, NXTamid-L have special features that make them unique for high performance applications. NXTamid-L is a fully tunable polymer, meaning NYCOA can customize many properties of our resins:
