OKULEN® PP H - Pebble gray - FN7032 is a polypropylene homopolymer, gray colored similar to RAL 7032 (pebble gray) with high melt viscosity for compression molding. The product has a high heat- and extraction stability.

OKULEN® PP H - natural - FN0000 is a natural polypropylene homopolymer with high melt viscosity for compression molding. The product has a high heat- and extraction stability.

OKULEN® 1000 AST black FN9200 is an ultra high molecular low pressure polyethylene (UHMW-PE) with a molecular weight ~ 5.000.000 g/mol. OKULEN® 1000 has material properties that make it extremely versatile; the material is ideally suited for mechanical engineering – OKULEN® 1000 parts are used especially in plant construction and handling technology. The used additives, type and quantity, meets the cleanliness class FDA §178.3297 (USA) the EU-regulations 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EC for “Food contact applications”. The product fullfills the requirements of the ATEX - Directive for values of resistivity. It was tested onrepresentative samples by the TÜV-Nord (Germany).

OKULEN® 1000 ESD black FN9060 is an ultra high molecular low pressure polyethylene (UHMW-PE) with a molecular weight ~ 5.000.000 g/mol.

OKULEN® 1000 UV black FN9100 is an ultra high molecular low pressure polyethylene (UHMW-PE) with a molecular weight ~ 5.000.000 g/mol.

OKULEN® 2000 blue FN5884 is an UHMW-PE polymer with a low coefficient of friction. It is a lining material that has been perfected to solve material flow problems.

OKULEN® 2000 blue FN5893 is a Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight-PolyEthylene (UHMW-PE polymer). By adding of special additives it possesses a low coefficient of friction. The improved low coefficient of friction (non-stick surface) makes this material ideal for gliding applications.

OKULEN® 2000 OPV blue FN5860 is an UHMW-PE Polymer (~ 9 mio. g/mol). It has excellent gliding properties. It is used in conveyor systems with higher speeds, where a standard UHMW-PE is no longer sufficient. The friction e.g. between conveyor chain and sliding plate or that of plain bearings is greatly reduced so that the energy costs and maintenance costs are also reduced.

OKULEN® 500 AB blue FN5990 anti-microbial is a HMW-PE Polymer. It has excellent anti-microbial protection. The protection range which has been measured is 99,99 % against bacteria “Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538P” and “Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 4352“. This grade is EU & FDA compliant for food industry.

OKULEN® 500 AST black FN9200 is a permanent conductive modified HMW-PE polymer. This material is used for applications in which it is not allowed to build up static properties. The used additives, type and quantity, meets the cleanliness class FDA §178.3297 (USA) the EU-regulations 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EC for “Food contact applications”. The product fullfills the requirements of the ATEX - Directive for values of resistivity. It was tested on representative samples by the TÜV-Nord (Germany).

OKULEN® 500 black FN9000 is a high molecular low pressure polyethylene with a molecular weight of approx. 500.000 g/mol.

OKULEN® PP B - Pebble gray - FN7032 is a pebble gray basic stabilization polypropylene blockcopolymer with high melt viscosity and good low-temperature impact strength.
