OKULEN® Elast, in this combination, PE acts as wear protection while the UV-protected elastomer absorbs mechanical energy.The material combination is also used for noise reduction while filling bulk goods into silos.

OKULEN® 500 black FN9000 is a high molecular low pressure polyethylene with a molecular weight of approx. 500.000 g/mol.

OKULEN® 500-REG. multi-colored FN9009 (PE-HMW) a high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene with regenerated materials.

OKULEN® PTFE + PFA applications include sliding elements for use at high temperatures, e.g. in chemical equipment and process containment, and preforms with or without pressed metal inserts such as impellers, pump casings, disks, etc.

OKULEN® Rubber Core is a one-piece damping element; the top and bottom PE layers can vary, but the middle layer always consists of an elastomer with a Shore hardness of 40A (soft).The material is available as a panel, cut-out, or finished product.

OKULEN® PVDF black FN9496 is an unreinforced, semi-crystalline fluoropolymer with good mechanical properties and excellent chemical resistance, giving you a versatile construction material used mainly in the petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food and pump industries.

OKULEN® 500-REG. UV black FN9100 (PE-HMW) a high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene with regenerated materials.

OKULEN® 500 AST black FN9200 is a permanent conductive modified HMW-PE polymer. This material is used for applications in which it is not allowed to build up static properties. The used additives, type and quantity, meets the cleanliness class FDA §178.3297 (USA) the EU-regulations 1935/2004/EC and 10/2011/EC for “Food contact applications”. The product fullfills the requirements of the ATEX - Directive for values of resistivity. It was tested on representative samples by the TÜV-Nord (Germany).
