PROVESOL EP 60 is a protein product obtained by the aqueous extraction of soluble components of defatted (non-genetically modified) soy flour, subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate anti-nutritional and microbiological factors and dried by the spray-drying process, resulting in a product of great functionality. It comes in the form of a fine powder, with high solubility and dispersibility. Naturally free of lactose, savarose, casein and gluten. No chemical additives.

    Storage

    PROVESOL EP 60,  in its original packaging, must be kept on pallets in a dry and ventilated place. Keep container properly closed when not in use.
