PROVESOL PSA is a protein extract obtained from the aqueous emulsion of decorticated soy beans (not genetically modified), subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors. The soluble fraction is concentrated and then dried by spray-drying process, resulting in an ingredient with high nutritional value. Product free of additional ingredients and any chemical additives. Naturally free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten Due to its characteristics it can be used as a food supplement in diets, as a substitute for animal milk, in physiological restrictions (lactose) or religious (Kosher) and/or as a natural option to animal products.
