Orai™ BC (Organic Blackcurrant Extract >30% Polyphenols) is a purple/black fine powder extracted from the whole fruits of organic Ribes nigrum. This blackcurrant extract is standardized to 30% polyphenols with polymeric anthocyanins. Some studies have shown that polymeric anthocyanins are less susceptible to degradation than monomeric anthocyanins in an acidic stomach environment.
