This resin has been designed to provide excellent processability for molders and to meet the rigorous performance characteristics of applications requiring stackability, environmental stress crack resistance and impact strength.Applications for HD0752 include injection molding, for injection molded pails, industrial parts and other shipping containers. This product has excellent impact strength, stress crack resistance and processability. Osterman & Company Inc. Osterlene® LD07520 (-A, -SA) is designed for a wide variety of industrial film applications where high impac t strength and excellent drawdown are needed. LD07520 exhibits uniformity, ease of processing and good tensile strength.Generally recommended extrusion conditions include a melt temperature range of 310°-350°F (155°-177°C) and a blow-up ratio range of 1.8-2.5:1. Drawdown to gages below 1.0 mils (<25 microns) is possible at commercial rates when proper techniques are used.
