  • TRAPYLEN®112 X 10 is used as a straight primer.
  • TRAPYLEN®112 X 10 principal use is for treatment of molded parts and sealing profiles in the automotive industry, such as bumpers, side panels and door seals.
  • TRAPYLEN®112 X 10 is used in industrial applications where PP based plastics are chemically pretreated.
Applications
  • TRAPYLEN®112 X 10 is a ready to use primer with 10% solids and can be applied by spraying, dipping, brushing or printing.
  • Drying conditions: 30 s at 80 °C, residual quantity of resin about 3 - 4 g/m².
Drying Procedure
  • 30 s, 80 °C for solventbased products
  • 60 s, 100 °C for waterbased products
