This primer, composed of acrylic-modified polypropylene, contains matting agents within its low-viscosity, white liquid formulation.

Product Highlights
  • TRAPYLEN® VP 9210 WM is a ready to use, APEO- free water- borne primer with outstanding affinity to polyolefinic substrates like PP, PES and rubber.
  • TRAPYLEN® 9210 WM is designed as a two component primer and can be cross linked with water reducible polyisocyanates like Hardener AJ, the recommended dosage is 5%.
  • The cross linked film has a very good chemical resistance (CROCKMETER- Test) and still offers sufficient elongation properties for further forming process.

  • Typical application quantity in range of 0.5 - 1.5 g/m² (dried film), drying condition should be 60 s at 100°C.
