Trapylen® 980 S exhibits excellent solubility in non-aromatic solvents. It serves as an adhesion promoter in printing inks, adhesives, and paints, or as a direct primer. To use as a primer, dissolve the resin in xylene to create a 5% solids solution, enabling application through spraying, dipping, brushing, or printing methods.

Rowakryl® M-35023W is tailored for applications involving PVC tarpaulin and material for advertising. Supplied in a waterborne dispersion form with a white color, it features a resin system composed of polyurethane, acrylic, and PVC. Solvents included are water and EDG. The product is characterized by flexibility, a silk gloss finish, slip resistance, high-frequency weldability (HF-weldable), non-blocking properties, and printability. Trapylen® 822 X is a chemically modified low chlorinated polypropylene with outstanding affinity to polyolefinic plastics such as PP, PP/EPDM-blends and, with limitations to adhesion strength, to PE. TRAPYLEN® 822 X is used either as a straight primer or as an adhesion promoter for base coats and pigmented primers. Its principal use is in paintings/coatings for molded parts and sealing profiles in the automotive industry, such as bumpers, side panels and door seals. TRAPYLEN® can also be used in adhesives and flocking agents for door seals. Furthermore it is used in industrial applications where PP based plastics are chemically pretreated.

Trapylen® 113 X is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene distinguished by its exceptional affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, to a limited extent in adhesion strength, PE. Notably, it features a higher molecular weight and a narrow molecular weight distribution compared to other modified chlorinated types. With a reduced content of maleic anhydride, this product exhibits excellent compatibility properties with other binder resins. Trapylen® 113 X is versatile, serving as either a straight primer or an adhesion promoter for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary application lies in paintings and coatings for molded parts, particularly sealing profiles in the automotive industry, such as bumpers, side panels, and door seals.

Trapylen® 777 is a modified, low chlorinated polypropylene with reactive groups in order to crosslink e.g. with Desmodur N 3390, Z 4370 or other polyisocyanates. The polymer is dissolved in a mixture of toluene, cyclohexane and butylacetate (ratio: 70+20+10). Main merit is its good adhesion strength on polyolefinic plastics. Adhesion and film flexibility of TRAPYLEN® 777 can be increased when adding maleic modified CPO's like TRAPYLEN® 130 X.

Trapylen® 115 is a suitable product for coating plastic parts and is specifically effective when applied as a primer. In this application, the product is used as a resin solution without the need for modification with other binder resins. It can be applied using dip-coating, a spray gun, or the tampon printing method. Notably, Trapylen® 115 is designed for use with TPO films.
