Leeks, Dehydrated are the dried meat of the root vegetable. This product appears as green flakes with a flavor and aroma typical after re-hydration. It can be used in specialty breads, with vegetables, in quiches and in chouquettes. Vegetables, selected from fresh, healthy and ripe, are first washed and peeled, cut and sorted. They are then dried by forced air.
