Vegetables, selected from fresh, healthy and ripe, are first washed and peeled, cut and sorted. They are then dried by forced air.
- Applications
Rehydrate beforehand for 1 to 2H until all the water absorption (water amount 2.5 times the weight of vegetables). Dehydrated leeks can then be used in inclusion in specialty breads with vegetables, quiches, chouquettes .
