It can be used in specialty breads, with vegetables, in quiches and in chouquettes. Vegetables, selected from fresh, healthy and ripe, are first washed and peeled, cut and sorted. They are then dried by forced air.

    Applications

    Rehydrate beforehand for 1 to 2H until all the water absorption (water amount 2.5 times the weight of vegetables). Dehydrated leeks can then be used in inclusion in specialty breads with vegetables, quiches, chouquettes .
