ROKAmid KAD/2A is a non-ionic surfactant with the INCI name ‘Cocamide DEA’. It is based on natural vegetable oils. It has a form of a clear or slightly turbid light-yellow to yellow liquid. ROKAmid KAD/2A is one of the most common co-surfactants, which has a range of very interesting application properties. Most of all, it is used as a rheology modifier, that is a thickener which improves consistence by creating so-called mixed micelles. Among other KAD series ROKAmides, it shows improved thickening properties compared to the ROKAmid KAD or KAD/1A. When mixed with anionic surfactants, it increases and stabilizes the quality of foam. ROKAmid KAD/2A is very effective even at a low concentration.

ROKAmid KAD/1A (Cocamide DEA) is a non-ionic surfactant (INCI name: Cocamide DEA). The product has slightly better thickening properties compared to ROKAmid KAD. It is produced from natural vegetable oils. It is available in the form of a clear or slightly cloudy liquid with a light yellow to yellow color.

POLIkol 600 belongs to the group of polyoxyethylene glycols (PEG with an average molecular weight of 600). The product is available as a high viscosity liquid or a soft white paste. POLIkol 600 is characterized by a wide range of application properties. It has excellent softening, lubricating, solubilizing and moisturizing properties, as well as good antielectrostatic effect and strong hygroscopic properties.

Chemax CO-40 is commonly used as an emulsifiers and co-emulsifiers in lubricants and softener formulas.

ROKAcet K7 (PEG-7 Cocoate) is a non-ionic surfactant belonging to the group of polyoxyethylene fatty acid esters (INCI name: PEG-7 cocoate). This surfactant occurs in the form of a clear or slightly cloudy liquid, ranging in color from straw to light brown and with a solidification point of about 0°C.

The product is freely soluble in water, low aliphatic alcohols, ethyl ether and chloroform.

SULFOROKAnol L370 (Sodium C12-C15 Pareth Sulfate) is an anionic surfactant from the group of alkyl ether sulfates, based on synthetic alcohol called INCI: Sodium Pareth Sulfate. The product has the consistency of a liquid paste, colorless to light yellow. The concentrated form of the commercial product, which contains 70% of the active substance, translates into an advantageous economic aspect by reducing the costs of storage and transport.

ROKAfenol N14 is a non-ionic surfactant which belongs to the group of ethoxylated nonylphenols (INCI name: Nonoxynol-14). It is used as an ingredient of washing and cleaning products and as an emulsifier.

ROSULfan D (Sodium Decyl Sulfate) is an anionic surfactant from the group of alkyl sulfates. The product is an alkyl sulfate sodium salt and is available as a 35-37% aqueous solution of low viscosity and color from colorless to light yellow. This product shows very good foaming properties, creating high and time-stable foams, even in hard water.

The commercial product is available in the form of white to light yellow wax. The solidification point of the product is approximately 55 °C. POLIkol 8000 is freely soluble in water and in low aliphatic alcohols. It is safe, non-toxic and does not cause skin irritation.

These surfactants are substantive to metals, glass, textiles, plastics, and clays. They are used as emulsifiers and lubricants additives in metal and textile lubricants, antistats for textiles and plastics, textile dyeing assistants, detergents in degreaser formulations, and corrosion inhibitors in numerous applications.

SULFOROKAnol L170/1 (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) is an anionic surfactant from the group of alkyl ether sulfates (INCI name: Sodium Laureth Sulfate). The product is mainly based on raw material of natural origin. It has the consistency of liquid paste, colorless to pale yellow. The product is available in a concentrated form as a 70% aqueous solution, which translates into a favorable economic aspect in terms of transport and storage. SULFOROKAnol L170/ does not contain preservatives and is completely soluble in water, including hard water.

ROKAfenol N6 (Nonoxynol-6) is a non-ionic surfactant belonging to the group of ethoxylated nonylphenols (INCI name: Nonoxynol-6). It is an oily liquid with a color of up to 70 HU. The cloud point of this product for butyldiglycol/water solution is in the range of 60-65°C. The freezing point is about 0°C and the active ingredient content is approximately 100%. The product is sparingly soluble in water and forms emulsions.

Chemax EMX-1155 is designed for use in metal forming operations from stamping to deep draw applications. This material may comprise from 20–25% of a typical forming compound which would then be diluted to 5–50% based on severity of the operation.

ROKAmin K5 is a non-ionic surfactant with the INCI name ‘PEG-5 Cocamine’. It belongs to ethoxylated fatty amines with an average ethoxylation of 5 mols. The commercial product contains approximately 100% of the active substance. ROKAmin K5 has a form of a clear liquid with the color of amber. Its freezing point is approx. -19°C. The product dissolves well in water. Due to the presence of the oxyethylene double chain at the nitrogen atom, the product has a combination of action in the application as a nonionic and cationic surfactant, especially in acid systems. Owing to its cationic character, a molecule of ROKAmin K5 can create a single film on a metal surface. Consequently, the product shows an anti-corrosion effect, in particular on ferrous metals.

Roksol EMB 2 is a mineral oil emulsifier used in the metallurgical industry. The product is a complex mixture of surfactants and functional additives improving lubricating properties. Does not contain nitrites, phenols, DEA, chlorine or boron compounds harmful to health. The product is a clear liquid mixture with a viscous oil consistency and a light to dark brown color.

Chemfac NB-041 is a 2-butoxyethanol phosphate in the free acid form. Chemfac NB-041 is a clear colorless to yellow viscous liquid at room temperature that is water soluble. It has a Gardner color of 8 maximum, an acid value at 9.5 pH of 580 – 640, a percent water of 1 maximum, a pH of 1% is 2.0 and a specific gravity of 1.27 at room temperature.

Chemfac NF-100 is a low foaming phosphate ester which offers good lubricity and EP properties. It is generally recommended for use in semi-synthetic and synthetic formulations.

SULFOROKAnol L327/1 (Sodium C12-C14 Laureth Sulfate) is an anionic surfactant from the group of alkyloterosulphates, based on natural alcohol (INCI name: Sodium Laureth Sulfate). The product has the consistency of a low-viscosity, clear, colorless to pale yellow liquid. The commercial product contains 27-29% of the active substance. The anionic character of the product influences the synergistic effect with non-ionic, amphoteric and anionic surfactants in final formulations.

It belongs to the group of ethoxylated fatty amines with an average degree of ethoxylation of 15 moles. The product co-creates a group of surfactants based on tallow amine with a characteristic amine odor.

Maxlube MV is recommended as a general purpose lubricants in metal working fluids. It is soluble in oil and easily emulsified. Improves the wetting characteristics of fats and oils.

ROKAmin SR5 is a non-ionic surfactant; INCI name: PEG-5 Hydrogenated Tallow Amine. It belongs to the group of ethoxylated fatty amines with an average degree of ethoxylation of 5 moles. The commercial product contains about 100% of the active substance. ROKAmin SR5 is a viscous liquid or semi-liquid paste, yellow to amber. Its solidification point is around 15°C. The product weakly dissolves in water.

ROKAnol® K5 (Cetoleth-5) is a non-ionic surfactant belonging to the group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols (INCI name: Cetoleth–5). The product is manufactured from raw materials of natural origin. The commercial product contains about 100% of the active substance. It takes the form of a viscous liquid or semi-liquid paste, straw to yellow in color, which solidifies at a temperature close to 18°C.

PCC Chemax ABSNa 30 (Sodium Dodecylobenzene Sulfonate) is 30% sodium alkylbenzenesulphonic acid salt and belongs to the group of anionic surfactants. This product is in the form of a clear or turbid liquid of low color. In comparison with a similar product - ABSNa 30 - the product maintains a liquid form with low viscosity at room temperature, which significantly facilitates its dosing, pumping and has a positive effect on product stability also in winter.
