APACA is a modified dimethyl polysiloxane co-polymer solution. It will help in reducing surface defects by altering the surface tension of the coating and for use in water-borne and water-reducible products.

WBWADA-60 is a unique blend of a functional capped amine with tall oil fatty acid. The resulting product is a triangular shaped wetting agent with high efficiency toward alkaline based pigments. The key to the utilization is to maintain maximum mobility of the grind paste during initial incorporation of pigment. Resin-free grinds should utilize some co-solvent if possible to improve dispersion quality. Grinding in non-neutralized resin and co-solvent at the lowest resin solids as possible, provides the most suitable grinding medium. Continue to add pigment until viscosity reaches 100-135 KU at 100-130°F. Stabilization with neturalized resin after achieving the grind specification will help to avoid pigment shocking. The order of pigment addition should be primary colors and high oil absorption pigments followed by extenders and rheology modifiers. Systems include: Solution acrylics, polyesters, alkyds and epoxies.

RAMA is a recoatable, carefully calculated blend of Alkyl-Aryl modified silicones designed to improve mar resistance without the standard recoat problems of common silicones. Manufactured for use in virtually all solvent-borne systems.

CHEM-REZ A-1050 is a poly vinyl ethyl isoburyl ether solution at 50% solids in 150 Solvent. Recommended for use in virtually all conventional and high solid coating systems..

FCABA 2 is a blend of silicone and organic acid esters. Designed for use in most non aqueous based coating systems, adhesives and inks. Prevents bubbles, and foam in flow coat, curtain coater, dip, roller coater, conventional and airless spray applications.

ASASWA is a highly modified reactive polyamide resin solution that is designed for: acid-catalyzed, alkyds (short, med., long oils), epoxy, epoxy ester, polyurethane and high solids polyester systems.

HSWADA-60 is a unique blend of a functional capped amine with tall oil fatty acid. The resulting product is a triangular shaped wetting agent with high efficiency toward alkaline based pigments. The key to the utilization is to maintain maximum mobility of the grind paste during initial incorporation of pigment. This can be achieved by choosing a resin that has good wetting characteristics and provides the lowest viscosity at the maximum solids. Continue to add pigment until viscosity reaches 100-135 KU @ 120-150°F. The order of pigment addition should be primary colors and high oil absorption pigments followed by extenders and rheology modifiers. Bentonite clays can be activated by HSWADA-60 to produce a strong consistent gel. We recommend pre-activation and quality control checks to assure uniform gel formation. Systems include: alkyds, drying oils, amino resins, vinyls, acrylics, oil modified urethanes, polyesters, epoxies, and epoxy esters.

LH-75 is a complex amide polymer modifier / additive that will impart and improve properties to all types of lacquers including nitrocellulose, acrylic, polyurethane and acid-catalyzed varnishes. LH-75 is also effective in polyester / melamine systems. Caution: We do not recommend use of LH-75 in systems containing a high level of aliphatic hydrocarbons.

SA #1 is a proprietary silicone blend designed for use in high solids coatings. Its primary function is to improve flow and leveling during application. Systems include virtually all high solids resins.
