ULTRA-FLOW

ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 is a processing additive for application in natural and synthetic rubber. Due to its unique composition it provides excellent improvement of processing properties for a broad range of elastomers of high and low polarity. ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 improves filler dispersion, in particular silica and other mineral fillers. ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 shows outstanding performance in extruded compounds, but also works well for transfer and injection molding. ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 complies with FDA 177.2600 and BfR XXI.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 500 is a very effective additive for the physical peptization of NR. It can be applied in polymer pre-mastication as well as in the masterbatch phase of single stage mixing. The available double bonds in ULTRA-FLOW™ 500 stabilize free radical formation, thus improving reversion resistance and tear strength. ULTRA-FLOW™ 500, if applied at the recommended dosage, does not bloom from vulcanisates due to its wide solubility limit. As a process additive for solution SBR, ULTRA-FLOW™ 500 reduces compound viscosity and increases flow as well as reversion resistance.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 600 behaves similar to ULTRA-FLOW™ 500; it improves mixing and processing as well as the incorporation of compound ingredients. ULTRA-FLOW™ 600 is compatible with most types of elastomers, except for halogenated polymers.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 600T is mainly used for tire applications. ULTRA-FLOW™ 600T improves flow and reduces heat build-up during extrusion process. ULTRA-FLOW™ 600T improves mixing and thus enhances the incorporation of compound ingredients.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 700S is a very effective dispersing aid for white fillers. It is particularly effective in highly loaded Silica compounds. In the presence of silane coupling agents, it should be added after the silanization process is completed.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 800 is a zinc free dispersing aid for both carbon black and white fillers. It is particularly applied where zinc soaps are restricted. In the presence of silane coupling agents, ULTRA-FLOW™ 800 should be added after the silanization process is completed.

ULTRA-FLOW™ ZEH is an effective activator for sulfur curing systems of NR. It can partially or completely replace stearic acid and works to reduce stress relaxation and creep of NR parts. It can also improve the reversion resistance of NR compounds as well as compression set of NR vulcanisates.

ULTRA-FLOW™ ZEH DL is a dust free powder form of ZEH. It can partially or completely replace stearic acid and helps in reducing creep and stress relaxation of NR vulcanisates. It can also improve the reversion resistance of NR compounds as well as compression set of NR vulcanisates.
