ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX is a highly effective internal lubricant and dispersing aid for specialty elastomers, like HNBR, XNBR, ECO and exotic polymers. ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX is a synergistic blend of primary amide and a highly thermal stable fatty acid derivative, thus shrinkage after post curing will not be affected. ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX improves mold and extrusion flow, prevents sticking on metallic surfaces and greatly enhances surface feel and finish of finished rubber articles.

ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO6 is predominantly used as a slip agent in PE-films. This is due to migration and formation of a microscopic coating on the film surface. It migrates slower than ULTRA-PLAST™ TP05 but has a better heat stability. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP06 improves mold release and surface finish. It also functions as a dispersant in concentrates which leads to easier let-down of the concentrates. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP06 is sanctioned for use by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in a number of applications listed in the sections of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

ULTRA-PEP™ 96 is a combined peptizing and processing additive for natural rubber. ULTRA-PEP™ 96 is easily dispersed in rubber due to its content of dispersing agent present. ULTRA-PEP™ 96 is extremely active and therefore can be used at low dosage levels. Its peptizing action starts at 90 °C but reaches an optimum at 140°C.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 3000 improves the building tack of synthetic rubber compounds, particularly for NBR applications. It improves dispersion of fillers and softens the compound. The reduction of viscosity assists down line processing, in particular milling and calendering.

ULTRA-FLOW™ ZEH is an effective activator for sulfur curing systems of NR. It can partially or completely replace stearic acid and works to reduce stress relaxation and creep of NR parts. It can also improve the reversion resistance of NR compounds as well as compression set of NR vulcanisates.

ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO5 is predominantly used as a slip agent in PE-films. This is due to migration and formation of a microscopic coating on the film surface. This is valuable in processing of thermoplastics resins and elastomers (TPE's) and thermoset rubber systems. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP05 also functions as a dispersant in concentrates which leads to easier let-down of the concentrates. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP05 is sanctioned for use by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in a number of applications listed in the sections of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF109 improves the fiber dispersion in wood plastic composites based on PVC. It shows lubricating properties, thus increasing the output. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF109 is also very effective in other polyolefin compounds where improved processability is needed.

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 contains amide, which has reactive sites available for hydrogen bonding and can therefore act as a coupling agent between polymer and filler. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 acts as an efficient blending and dispersing agent in wood filled systems, leading to a more homogeneous blend. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF101 works as an excellent lubricant under high shear conditions, for example injection molding.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 is a processing additive for most rubber compounds. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for most fillers used in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBET 200 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 is a processing additive for application in natural and synthetic rubber. Due to its unique composition it provides excellent improvement of processing properties for a broad range of elastomers of high and low polarity. ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 improves filler dispersion, in particular silica and other mineral fillers. ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 shows outstanding performance in extruded compounds, but also works well for transfer and injection molding. ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 complies with FDA 177.2600 and BfR XXI.
