Water reduction
Excess water is reduced by a natural process to combat oxidation and yeast contamination which results in mold in seeds and fruits.
Mechanical extraction
The seeds are crushed and pressed slowly using an endless screw in order to extract slowly and without heating, the oil by first cold pressing.
Filtration
The oil resulting from the mechanical extraction filtered out of the press, several times in order to obtain the clearest and most brilliant product possible
NB: A sterilizing filtration by natural process (porosity diameter: 0.2 microns) can be carried out on order, to remove the residues of microorganisms.
