- Harvesting time starts in October, before flowering and the clove is dried until December; it still has its stem.
- The harvested flower buds are separated from the stem and the undesirable fragments are removed. Clean buds are therefore classified by grade according to their size.
- The different grades of cloves are stored in polypropylene or gunny bags.
- The product is organic certified in accordance with the BIO/CEE, NOP/USA regulations.
- The production capacity for this product is 100 tons/year when the season is good.
