  • Gluten Free: Product is compliant with 21 CFR 101.91 and made with ingredients that are known not to contain Gluten (contains no wheat, barley, rye, or oats containing gluten according to supplier documentation). 
  • Facility Allergens: Phlex products are manufactured on shared production lines that manufacture products containing wheat, buckwheat, soy, sulfites, sesame, and potentially other allergens as listed on our allergen information statement. An allergen changeover is performed anytime we change allergens and includes allergen residue swabs sensitive to 3ug on key pieces of food contact equipment.
