Processing:
Plastifloor® 112 N can be processed with hardener 50W. Hardener quantity must be adjusted to the respective object temperature (see table). At temperatures below + 41°F, accelerator B101 can additionally be added must be added (approx. 0.5% at 32°F up to 3% at - 22°F) with retention of 6 PBV hardener powder. After mixing in the hardener powder, disperse Plastifloor® 112 N equally and thinly with a roller or rubber squeegee (0.00736 - 0.01473 gal/ft²). Consumption must be adjusted individually. On extremely absorbent substrates, prime twice in order to achieve a thin but closed film that bonds the broadcasting material. We recommend slightly broadcasting the primer with quartz sand (size 15 - 25 mesh). If only thin sealers are to be applied, we recommend using quartz sand in size 20 - 40 mesh. This work step ensures an absolutely solid bond between primer and the following coating.
Suggested formulation:
- 2.113 gal primer 112 N
- 5,41 oz hardener 50 W (at 68°F ground temperature).
Material consumption:0.00736 - 0.01473 gal/ft² per Work step
Pot life and curing times depending on temperature:
Further coating layers with Plastifloor® must only be applied after the previous layers have completely cured.

Storage & Handling
- Shelf life
In the original container, dark at < 65°F maximum 6 months.
- Storage
The handling-regulations for highly flammable materials apply to methacrylate – resins. Plastifloor® resins are to be stored cool, protected against direct sunlight and preferably at temperatures of 59 - 68°F. During storage paraffin – particles and filler – materials may precipitate. Thus before processing, containers have to be stirred up well.
