Plastifloor

Plastifloor® 112 N serves as adhesive primer for Plastifloor® coatings, especially on cement-bound substrates.

Plastifloor® 114 S works as a fortifier of extremely porous substrates. It closes cracks in screeds, concrete constructions and it is applied as a filler resin for hollow screeds. The resin can be processed manually. Venting until saturation serves the stabilization of the substrate. After the treatment, the substrate has to be additionally primed with Plastifloor® 112.

Plastifloor® 115 B is a low-viscosity, 2-component and fast-curing resin based on polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), which cures quickly even at low temperatures.

Plastifloor® 116 serves as adhesive primer for the application of Plastifloor® coatings, especially onto filled asphalt/bitumen substrates.

Plastifloor® 118 is used as a special prime coat for damp or new concrete substrates.

Coating on basis of Plastifloor® 430 N or mixtures with Plastifloor® 322 N disposes of a high cooling flexibility. Plastifloor® 430 N is used also as membrane layer with Plastifloor® coatings, as joint grouting mass for work adding with very good flexibility properties in the external area.

Coatings based on Plastifloor® 800 N excel in high low-temperature flexibility. Plastifloor® 800 N is also used as membrane layer for Plastifloor® coatings and is thus especially appropriate for application in coolers and freezers. Furthermore Plastifloor® 800 N may be used as grouting component for movement joints with very good low-temperature flexibility in outside sections.

Plastifloor® 528 is suitable as a sealer in freezer rooms. And also flexible topcoat, high impact strength especially on broadcast Plastifloor® 332 N outdoor coatings. The coating remains impact resistant even in a wide range of varying temperatures.

Plastifloor® 526 N is a topcoat, particularly on floors broadcast with sand and smoothed coatings based on Plastifloor® 332 N, Plastifloor® 510 N or Plastifloor® 418 N in production plants of the food industry with increased water and fat load.

Plastifloor® 522 N is a newly developed hard methacrylic resin of low viscosity that is preferably used as a sealer for Plastifloor® coatings in order to improve heavy mechanical and scratch resistance as well as maintenance. The main application areas are trowel-smoothed industrial floors made of Plastifloor® 510 N and Plastifloor® 418 N.
