Polifil® GFPPCC series compounds are homopolymer polypropylenes reinforced with chemically coupled glass fibers. These compounds offer superior strength and stiffness, improved elevated temperature performance, better creep resistance, higher impact strength and higher resistance to high temperature water than conventional glass fiber reinforced polypropylenes.

Polifil® RP-HIPS combines the good stiffness properties of polystyrene, with enhanced impact properties gained by the addition of impact modifiers, usually butadiene rubber.

Polifil® T series compounds are homopolymer polypropylene resins reinforced with asbestos-free talc. They possess high flex modulus, high deflection temperature, good chemical resistance and colorability, low shrinkage and yield maximum stiffness combined with characteristic impact.

Polifil® GFN/MRN 6/6 reinforced series of compounds offer superior strength, rigidity and creep resistance. Glass fibers provide excellent thermal and dimensional stability while maintaining good heat and chemical resistance. Polifil® GFN/MRN are excellent candidates for bike components and fuel caps, as well as other automotive components. Standard processing techniques are applicable. Polifil® RP-LDPE is a soft, tough material with good clarity and high chemical resistance. LDPE remains flexible and retains impact strength at very low temperatures. High melt flow (low viscosity) grades are injection molded into products such as containers and lids.

Polifil® M series compounds are homopolymer polypropylene resins reinforced with mica. They combine an improved range of high-stiffness values with low mold shrinkage.

Polifil® GFPC series compounds offer a combination of improved dimensional stability and decreased flammability. The excellent balance of physical properties make the Polifil® glass-filled polycarbonate line an excellent choice for electrical, appliance and hardware applications.
