Polifil® RP-HDPE is a moderate stiffness material that retains excellent toughness. HDPE exhibits outstanding chemical resistance and environmental stress crack resistance.

Polifil® RP-HIPS combines the good stiffness properties of polystyrene, with enhanced impact properties gained by the addition of impact modifiers, usually butadiene rubber.

Polifil® RP-LDPE is a soft, tough material with good clarity and high chemical resistance. LDPE remains flexible and retains impact strength at very low temperatures. High melt flow (low viscosity) grades are injection molded into products such as containers and lids.

Polifil® RP-ABS is a styrenic resin with improved toughness and heat resistance versus HIPS grades. ABS exhibits high gloss, low shrinkage, and good dimensional stability.

Polifil® RP-PP reprocessed polypropylene has the highest stiffness of the commodity olefin resins, while retaining sufficient impact properties for many applications. Due to its low cost and low density, polypropylene use has been expanding rapidly, and common uses now include injection molded articles, fibers, packaging films, and extruded sheet and profiles
