Kestoil® is a self-lubricated, strong, wear resistant engineering plastic with a low coefficient of friction

Efalon® Bronze-filled B-40 is added in percentages of weight between 40 and 60%. PTFE Bronze filled has the best wear properties, remarkable compression strengths and good thermal conductivity, but poor electrical characteristics and chemical resistance. It is often used in hydraulic systems, particularly superb as linear bearings, e.g. slides, gibs, guide ways. The compound is easily machined. Bronze-filled is useful in applications which undergo high mechanical loads or high-speed rubbing contacts where the bronze filler supplies the strength and conductivity to carry away excess, unwanted heat.

Kestamid-GRF® has a high degree of crystallinity and better hardness and compression strength properties compared to standard Kestamid®. It has a low coeffient of friction and a high degree of abrasion resistance. It has good weatherability and UV resistance properties and can be more easily mechanically machined compared to standard Kestamid®. It also can be used in higher temperatures compared again to the standard type.

POM-C(Delrin)® is a semi crystalline thermoplastic with high mechanical strength and rigidity. The good dimensional stability and particularly good fatigue strength, as well as excellent machining ability, makes POM polymer a highly versatile engineering material, even for complex components.

Ulpolen® 1000 (PE1000) is a type of polyethylene with average molecular weight over 5 million. ULPOLEN1000®’s resistance to impact and wear is much higher than that of other plastics in a wide temperature interval.

Kestlub® is one of the most important developments in the Kestamid® product range. Kestlub® is a special type of cast polyamide ideal for bearings. It is produced by adding lubricants to cast polyamide through special processes. It performs extremely well in bearing applications as it is self-lubricated.

Efalon® Glass-filled C-25 is a PTFE glass filled is reinforced with glass fibers with the percentage 15% and 25% depending on the needs of the application.

Kestamid-HS® is Polikim’s cast polyamide with increased heat resistance.

Ulpolen® 300 offers increased wear resistance and impact strength compared to HDPE. It is extremely strong, has excellent resistance to chemicals and low temperatures and has very low moisture absorption. Ulpolen®PE300-HDPE (high-density polyethylene) offers excellent impact resistance, light weight, low moisture absorption, and high tensile strength. HDPE is also non-toxic and non-staining and meets FDA and USDA certification for food processing.
