Polygem 580FS Fast Set Tile Adhesive is a specially formulated epoxy paste to provide a fast setting patching compound for immediate protection of surfaces subject to wear and abrasion. Polygem 580FS is an easy to mix 1 to 1 by volume ratio and will cure in as little as 15 minutes. Polygem 580FS is ideal for emergency repairs and will minimize down-time of critical equipment and process lines. Polygem 580FS is waterproof and resistant to most chemicals and solvents. Polygem 580FS is a thick non-sag paste compound that will allow for vertical and overhead patching.

Polygem Sinmast 4 Regular is a high performance industrial epoxy formulated for industrial concrete patching and repair.  Mix Polygem Sinmast 4 Regular with sand or aggregates to make epoxy grouts.

Polygem 739 UV Stable Gloss Water Based Urethane is a water based UV stable paint. This product is available in 10 lbs packaging with approximate 14 x 7 x 8 inches dimension. Polygem 739 gives a matte finish.

Polygem 1618 Epoxy Floor Coating is a ultra-clear epoxy coating formulated to provide a durable high-gloss protective surface. Polygem 1618 Epoxy Floor Coating is ideal for concrete and wood floor surfaces and is ideal for a clear-coat over flake and quartz floors. Polygem 1618 Epoxy Floor Coating is also excellent as a sealer coat over artificial rock and coral structure used in underwater exhibits and aquariums.

Polygem 2089 Fast Set Epoxy Coating is a fast-curing, epoxy resin specially formulated for use as a base-coat in quartz broadcast seamless flooring applications which will allow for a double broadcast or top-coating in a little as 2 hours. Polygem 2089 Fast Set Epoxy Coating is an easy to mix 2 to 1 by volume ratio and it’s low viscosity allows for easy to spread thin-coat applications. Polygem 2089 Fast Set Epoxy Coating is ideal for small areas or areas of critical service that demand a prompt return to service. Polygem 2089 Fast Set Epoxy Coating is resistant to most chemicals and solvents.   Polygem 2089 Fast Set Epoxy Coating is non-blushing and the resin system of choice for cool/humid floors. Polygem 2089 Fast Set Epoxy Coating when mixed with clean dry silica sand, is also ideal for use as an epoxy mortar or grout for fast-track repairs and even cold weather applications.

Polygem 1325 Brushable Ceramic Epoxy Coating is a brushable epoxy  coating specially blended with abrasion resistant ceramic fillers to provide a durable barrier to protect surfaces subjected to wear and abrasion.  Polygem 1325 is easy and apply by brush to most surfaces. Polygem 1325 is waterproof and resistant to most chemicals and solvents. Polygem 1325 is a thick and creamy epoxy coating will allow for vertical and overhead application.

Polygem 307 Ceramic Tile Adhesive is our industry standard epoxy tile adhesive.  The 307 is a thixotropic gel that can adhere tiles applied to vertical and overhead surfaces.  The Polygem 307 Ceramic Tile Adhesive is formulated to provide for a tenacious bond to most ceramic, metal, concrete, fiberglass or wood surfaces. Polygem 307 Ceramic Tile Adhesive is moisture resistant and will even cure underwater.

Polygem Aquaseal is a water-based epoxy vapor block / primer specially formulated for use as a surface primer for seamless flooring applications to provide superior adhesion of epoxy, urethane, and cementitious topcoats. Deeply penetrates concrete surfaces to provide a permanent and tenacious bond. Ideal for use on damp and porous concrete surfaces. Aqua-Seal is resistant to most chemicals and solvents. Excellent for new concrete.
