Polynt Composites’ ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats are high performance products formulated for the fiberglass industry. They are primarily formulated for marine and sanitary applications,but should be used in any application where water and chemical resistance are needed. ArmorFlex® 953 Series also have exceptional gloss and buffing characteristics. While offering these benefits,the ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities expected from Polynt Composites gel coats,such as resistance to porosity,tearing,and color separation; sag resistance; consistent liquid properties; excellent patchability; and more. These all add up to higher quality appeal in FRP parts made from Polynt’s ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats. ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American National Standard for plastic bathtubs,shower receptors and shower stalls,ANSI Z124.1,.2 and .3 –1995,Sec. 6.1.1. Gel coats in the 953 Series require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats are available in the same wide range of colors as other POLYCOR® gel coats. Refer to Polynt’s POLYCOR® Color Card for color selection. Standard base white ArmorFlex® is 953WJ340.

ARMORCOTE® SP - Light stabilized accelerated isophthalic gel coat base with medium reactivity and superior weather resistance.

POLYCOR® 944 - Light stabilized accelerated isophthalic gel coat base with medium reactivity.

RECarbon® 90CFP40-400gr - Recycled molding compound based on epoxy resin and reinforced with reinforced with pyrolized carbon fleece designed for compression molding technology. These material with a weight reduced potential and a high design freedom enter different areas for structural application where high mechanical properties are requested.

Norsodyne® 2625 - promoted and non-waxed, high cross-linked resin, high hdt, excellent chemical resistance. Main applications areas are automotive, building and construction, industrial sector, marine etc.

EPOVIA RF-5000 - Urethane modified vinyl ester resin for SMC-BMC,good thickening. It is generally used in Automotive applicatons

DISTITRON® 822 S - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Tetrahydrophthalic. It is used to produce putties through mix with fillers and/or additives.

Stypol® 040-8086 - pre-promoted unsaturated polyester laminating resin. Main applications areas are agrochemical, agrobusiness, automotive, building and construction, composites, industrial sector, marine, mass transports etc.

Polynt Group SMC LPA 2000 R27 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin class “A” grade reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for body panel application, with good mechanical properties and excellent surface. Good varnish adhesion and excellent gluing are other peculiarities of SMC LPA 2000 R27. SMC LPA 2000 R27 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Polynt Group 752-4420 is general purpose RTM resin with rapid cure rate for increased mold turn over; good profile; UL 94 V-O and 5V listed product; class I flame-retardant without additional additives; meets mil-r-7575c requirements for grade a applications. Main applications areas are aeronautical, agrochemical, agrobusiness, automotive, building and construction, composites, industrial sector, marine, mass transports, railway sector etc.

Stypol® APVU4000 - polyvinyl acetate low profile additive. Class A surface and dimensional stability. Acid modified for thickening in compounding applications. Main applications areas are automotive, building and construction, home and domestic applications, industrial sector etc.

Polycor® GS-H - pre-accelerated, neutral color, thixotropic isophthalic modified gelcoat. Good color stability. Good filler and pigment wettability. Recommended for hand lay-up application. Main applications areas are automotive, marine etc.

Norsodyne® 3338 has general purpose, good water resistance, promoted and non-waxed. Main applications areas are automotive, building and construction, industrial sector, marine etc.

Polynt Group 55, 55X is designed for interior application; meets particular flame-retardant requirements; not recommended for parts used under direct sun exposure or prolonged water immersion. It is generally used in composites applicatons.

Polynt Group BMC LPA 200/14 Neutro is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin class “A” grade reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for reflector of front headlamp automotive. BMC LPA 200/14 Neutro combine an excellent surface, high thermal stability and zero fogging. Excellent varnish adhesion is other peculiarity of BMC LPA 200/14 Neutro. BMC LPA 200/14 Neutro is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

BMCarbon® 30CF60-12mm is generally used in aeronautical, automotive, industrial sector, leisure and clothing applications.

Polynt Group SMC LP 6700 LW is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with glass fibers. SMC LP 6700 LW is a low weight compounds and it has been developed for structural parts. SMC LP 6700 LW meets mechanical and thermal properties with reduction weight of the final parts. SMC LP 6700lw is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.
