POLYCOR® ISO BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This gel coat is formulated to meet the rigid requirements of transportation,boating and sanitary applications.

Polynt Group HUP 16/23 RB-7035-V is generally used in building and construction, electronic and electrical applications.

Imedge® ECT120 Colors - epoxy compatible technology; MACT compliant gel coat for in-mold use with epoxy resin matrix laminates; deep, dark, rich Colors and high gloss parts; excellent color and gloss recovery after sanding and buffing; excellent scratch and wear resistance; resistance to porosity. Main applications areas are aeolian, textile industry etc.

Polynt Composites’ ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats are high performance products formulated for the fiberglass industry. They are primarily formulated for marine and sanitary applications,but should be used in any application where water and chemical resistance are needed. ArmorFlex® 953 Series also have exceptional gloss and buffing characteristics. While offering these benefits,the ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities expected from Polynt Composites gel coats,such as resistance to porosity,tearing,and color separation; sag resistance; consistent liquid properties; excellent patchability; and more. These all add up to higher quality appeal in FRP parts made from Polynt’s ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats. ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American National Standard for plastic bathtubs,shower receptors and shower stalls,ANSI Z124.1,.2 and .3 –1995,Sec. 6.1.1. Gel coats in the 953 Series require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats are available in the same wide range of colors as other POLYCOR® gel coats. Refer to Polynt’s POLYCOR® Color Card for color selection. Standard base white ArmorFlex® is 953WJ340.

Polycor® Fireblock 2335 PA White 9199 - intumescent fire retardant properties that conforms to EN 45545 for internal panels in conjunction with fireblock resin systems. Main applications areas are aeronautical, railway sector etc.

EPOVIA OPTIMUM® KRF 1001 TAS - Bisphenol-A Epoxy Resin based vinyl ester in styrene. It is used to produce pipes and tanks through hand lay up and spray up method.

Polynt Group SMC LS 3681 CL1 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for railway applications. Good mechanical properties and good fire protection grade are combined into the SMC LS 3681 CL1. SMC LS 3681 CL1 complies with uni cei 11170-3 CL1a and electrical applications uni cei 11170-3 lr4. SMC LS 3681 CL1 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Polynt Group SMC LS 3800 R25 RF C NERO is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, reinforced with glass fibers. SMC LS 3800 R25 RF C NERO has been developed for application where is requested anti-static protection SMC LS 3800 R25 RF C NERO joint good mechanical properties mainly for impact resistance. SMC LS 3800 R25 RF C NERO is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Polynt Group 54X series gelcoat are formulated with a particular mix of polyester resins, for use in applications where sun exposure and weather conditions are a factor. They are suitable for boats, truck cabs, water slides and environments with humidity and direct sun exposure. This unique formulation is easier and quicker gloss recovery with less buffing time to achieve gloss.

ARMORCOTE® SP - Light stabilized accelerated isophthalic gel coat base with medium reactivity and superior weather resistance.

NORSODYNE® T 16372 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce building panels,isothermal sandwich panels through continuos laminating method.

DISTITRON® 5119 ESX20Q - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce reinforced plastics,general purpose through hand lay up and spray up method.

DISTITRON® 3519 A - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce production of gelcoat through mix with fillers and/or additives.

Norsodyne® S-9211CT is filled resin, NF P92-507 and NFF 16-101 standard approved: M2 F2 and it is generally used in industrial sector, marine, mass transports, railway sector applicatons.

POLYCOR® TOOLING PA CLEAR 0200 - A pre-accelerated gel coat base on unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This product is recommended for mold manufacturing process and provide durable surfaces to withstand the repeated moldings of GRP laminates.

ArmorFlex® 99F gel coats are advanced technology polyesters that have been formulated for the fiberglass industry. ArmorFlex® 99F gel coats have lower volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) than standard gel coats.

POLYCOR® LSC NPG BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic Neopentylglycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This high performance gel coat is formulated for use in sanitary and marine applications or GRP application where resistance to water and blistering are needed.

Polynt Group SMC LP 2500 R33 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for structural parts. Polycor® GS-H - pre-accelerated, neutral color, thixotropic isophthalic modified gelcoat. Good color stability. Good filler and pigment wettability. Recommended for hand lay-up application. Main applications areas are automotive, marine etc.

DISTITRON® 1629 V2 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Isophthalic. It is used to produce reinforced plastics,general purpose through injection molding,rtm,press and vacuum molding method.

Polynt Group 752-4420 is general purpose RTM resin with rapid cure rate for increased mold turn over; good profile; UL 94 V-O and 5V listed product; class I flame-retardant without additional additives; meets mil-r-7575c requirements for grade a applications.
