This resin exhibits good anti-blocking characteristics and finds use in specialized flexographic inks and release lacquers. Inks prepared from this resin have good adhesion to a variety of substrates, excellent solvent release properties, low odor and good nitrocellulose compatibility.

POLYTONE™ PA 351 is compatible with ketonic, maleic, nitro cellulose, reduced phenolic and pure phenolic resins. However, compatibility with alkyds is only partial.
