Polyplastics Group Topas® 5013S-04 is a high flow injection molding grade with a 130°C heat distortion temperature. It is a glass-clear amorphous polymer with outstanding moisture barrier, chemical resistance, high purity and a non-reactive surface making it an excellent choice for healthcare and other high-tech products. The 5013 resin series features high flow characteristics for excellent mold detail replication. Lower leachables and extractables of TOPAS COC preserve content stability and quality, and chemical purity. This grade has a high heat distortion temperature to withstand 95°C PCR protocols, and is suitable for gamma or EtO procedures.

Polyplastics Group Topas® 8007F-600Product DescriptionTOPAS 8007F-600 is a new robust film extrusion grade designed for blending with polyethylene (PE). It is an improved clarity amorphous resin with high stiffness, moisture barrier, chemical resistance, thermoformability and purity for food and general purpose applications. It is used in blends in both cast and blown processes, and in monolayer and multilayer products. Leading film applications include twist wrap, forming webs, protective packaging, shrink films and labels, and easy tear packaging. Industrial uses include formed PE and PP sheet products. Polyplastics Group Topas® 6017S-04Product DescriptionTOPAS 6017S-04 is an injection molding grade with a high heat distortion temperature (170°C) and exceptional dimensional stability. It is a glass-clear amorphous polymer with outstanding moisture barrier, chemical resistance, high purity and a non-reactive surface making it an excellent choice for precision optics, healthcare and other high-tech products. Lower leachables and extractables of TOPAS COC preserve food and drug stability and quality. It is a non-polar substrate that does not promote adsorption, denaturation, aggregation, or precipitation like glass can.
