XtraBond®1500NS can be used for a variety of applications including, but not limited to, walk-in coolers & freezers, insulated metal panels, acoustical, industrial, etc.
- Direction for Use
- For best results, prepare clean surface.
- Cut nozzle to desired bead size.
- Apply with caulking gun, forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed.
- Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent.
- Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion.
- Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated.
- It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

Be sure to rotate inventory accordingly. Materials must be properly stored in a low humidity (max. 50% RH) environment at room temperature (71 - 75°F) in their unopened container. Do not freeze.
- Shelf Life
- Cartridges/sausages, use within 12 months from date of manufacture.
- Pails/drums, use within 6 months from date of manufacture.
