Uses

XtraBond®1500NS can be used for a variety of applications including, but not limited to, walk-in coolers & freezers, insulated metal panels, acoustical, industrial, etc.

Direction for Use
  • For best results, prepare clean surface.
  • Cut nozzle to desired bead size.
  • Apply with caulking gun, forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed.
  • Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent.
Surface Preparation
  • The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion.
  • Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated.
  • It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

Storage

Be sure to rotate inventory accordingly. Materials must be properly stored in a low humidity (max. 50% RH) environment at room temperature (71 - 75°F) in their unopened container. Do not freeze.

Shelf Life
  • Cartridges/sausages, use within 12 months from date of manufacture.
  • Pails/drums, use within 6 months from date of manufacture.
