- ProCera® Peel has the capability and flexibility to stick and protect cheese during storage time. Furthermore, the combination of the two layers provides the cheeses with an easily removable coating.
- Properties that provide this cheese wax with the unique combination of a shiny colored surface with marketing appeal. Also, it is easy for the customer to remove the coating without using any handling tools.
- Procudan recommend that conditions under which this product is processed should be fixed case by case. The process temperature must be adapted in each case.
