ProCera® Peel is an inner coating based on a stickable cheese wax, used as an easily removable membrane. An outer coating based on an easily peelable cheese wax.

The ProCera® Basic is highly protective and flexible, ensuring surface against cracks in the wax and thereby supporting in preventing mold formation during storage. The ProCera® Basic has substantial adhesiveness towards both fat and dry cheeses ensuring that the wax sticks and stays on the cheese during processing and storage time.

The ProCera® Finish is characterized by its high transparency, structure and flexibility, which makes it easily usable as a finisher. The ProCera® Finish emphasizes colors and decorations ensuring optimum marketing properties.

The ProCera® Special may be produced with a special low or high melting point, depending on the individual case. The ProCera® Special has a high degree of flexibility, combined with strong protection abilities and an easily cuttable surface. Still, it is made with a melting point and surface abilities allowing the product to settle fast in order to be processed on a conveyor belt right after the coating process.

The ProCera® Color is highly flexible and difficult to penetrate thus providing the cheeses with a strong protective coating. The ProCera® Color provides the cheeses with a surface that is easy to cut, made especially for cutting machinery and therefore not leaving any cracking edges or color stripes after cutting.
