When used in combination with PIP 100 ESD HB or PIP 170 ESD SR it produces lower surface resistance readings to meet the mandated requirements of ignition control applications.

Protective Industrial Polymers PIP 0075 is a two-component, 100% solids, epoxy coating system designed primarily for use as a clear top coat for decorative aggregate flake or quartz broadcast systems. PIP 0075 is formulated with near colorless components resulting in a a very clear coating compared to standard epoxy resin coatings. PIP 0075 is extremely low yellowing and exhibits excellent blush resistance. This product can be tinted on site via the use of PIP CPU color pack which results in a solid color low yellowing epoxy finish coat.

Protective Industrial Polymers PIP 2200 UR is the 100g/L VOC version of PIP 2100 UR. It is specifically formulated for use in geographical areas where maximum VOC restrictions are set at 100g/L for industrial maintenance coatings. PIP 2200 UR is a high-solids, high-gloss, two or three-part, aliphatic clear or pigmented polyurethane coating. It can be applied over an epoxy primer or used to recoat an existing epoxy or urethane floor.

PIP 1000 Thixo may be used in combination with 1000ST-B hardener for fine crack filling, or skim coat patching needs. PIP 1000 Thixo is supplied with a choice of curing agents to achieve specific cure rates, chemical resistance requirements, utility and final esthetics.
