Protective Industrial Polymers PIP 125 ESD WR-GP is a two-component, waterborne, solvent free epoxy resin ground plane coating system designed to develop a uniform, non-tracking conductive ground plane to facilitate a consistent electrostatic discharge. When used in combination with PIP 100 ESD HB or PIP 170 ESD SR it produces lower surface resistance readings to meet the mandated requirements of ignition control applications.

PIP 100 ESD HB is supplied with a blended cycloaliphatic amine curing agent that exhibits good UV and chemical resistance. This product produces a durable gloss finish.

Protective Industrial Polymers PIP 0075 is a two-component, 100% solids, epoxy coating system designed primarily for use as a clear top coat for decorative aggregate flake or quartz broadcast systems. PIP 0075 is formulated with near colorless components resulting in a a very clear coating compared to standard epoxy resin coatings. PIP 0075 is extremely low yellowing and exhibits excellent blush resistance. This product can be tinted on site via the use of PIP CPU color pack which results in a solid color low yellowing epoxy finish coat.

PIP 2100 UR-Gloss is formulated to greatly reduce damaging UV rays from penetrating and yellowing an epoxy basecoat. PIP 2100 UR-Gloss is recommended as the clear finishing coat on decorative flake, quartz or metallic pigmented flooring systems. Added abrasion resistance may be obtained with the optional DiamondWear additive or GlossGrip #10 additive. Addition of the DiamondWear Additive will result in a satin finish whereas the addition of GlossGrip #10 will maintain gloss and exhibit slight skid resistance and easily cleaned finish.
