RAPS TENDERA POULTRY guarantees tenderness and stabilizes color of meat. The powdery compound can be used by sprinkling on the surface or it can be dissolved in water as well, used as brine. The brine has to be injected. Subsequently the injected product has to be tumbled under vacuum for about 5 minutes (assures optimized allocation) Brine can also be used by tumbling ONLY (under vacuum 15 minutes).

RAPS OPTITEX HOTDOG is a highly functional mixture of phosphate, fibers, proteins, starch and color enhancer with colorant. Application suggestion for this product yeilds an Improved texture of sausages (i.e. hot dogs and others) which are warmed. To use, the mixture will be added to the fine emulsion before tumbling.

Not only does it aid the taste of the Frankfurter sausages, but also aids the visual appearance and surface feel. This product aslo optimiseses the production when different raw materials are used.

RAPS HERBA PURE is a pure herb-kombucha is an extract. It allows you to make products with a well balanced flavor and lend to clean label declaration for seasonings with no added e-numbers and msg. Also, no added allergens in accordance with ec-regulation no. 2000/13/eg declaration recommendation as natural flavor and application suggestion is for ham and sausage products.

RAPS TENDERA B is a tasteless compound, that will be injected into the meat as brine or being tumbled in (under vacuum). TENDERA B does not need to be dissolved, it can be used just by sprinkling on top. Effectiveness of product on meat gives way to tenderness of the beef and the assurance of application in powder form.

RAPS OPTITEX CUT is a hydrocolloid, protein and amaranth-fiber-mix for typical crunch of Frankfurter sausages. Using it will yield hot frankfurter sausages with meaty and firm texture, even after heating. The high-functional compound is especially used for economic production.
