The product has a fine texture and medium viscosity, obtained from organic fresh onions through a sieving process. It is commercially sterilized and packed in aseptic bags.

It is pasteurized and packed for storage at room temperature, with a long shelf life of 18 months without preservatives.

When stored under proper conditions, this product has a shelf life of 18 months. Due to the natural moisture reduction that occurs during the cooking process, this onion puree typically has an application rate of only about 70-80% compared to fresh or IQF onions.
