A high shrinkage polyester special fine denier hollow fiber is an innovative fiber that intends to provide, excellent shrinkage characteristics. Its a specially designed product for super bulkiness. The high shrinkage fiber imparts an anchor effect in the thermobonding process by interlocking fibers together and reduces low melt fiber fraction. This results in improved loft and Super soft touch.
- High shrinkage: Has 20% boiling water shrinkage. When 40% of this FIBER is blended with regular non-shrinkable FIBER, the resultant yarn will shrink by 16-17% (like acrylic yarn) during bulking.
- High dyeability: Deep dyed & dark shade makes it more visually appealing.
- High bulk: Superior bulk and light weight, provides super wicking. quick drying and warmth, with a Wool-like feel.
- Value addition to needle punch felt: It increase bonding by interlocking one FIBER to another FIBER and also reduces low melt percentage and gets improved properties like loft, feel etc.
- Hollowness: High hollowness with thermal insulation (high tog valuel. GRS certified: This FIBER can be produced by recycling of industrial waste and hence GRS certification also can be given.
