L-300 product combines the potent waste-digesting properties of natural enzymes and special multi-cultured strains of natural bacteria. These Bacillus bacteria spores (both anaerobic and aerobic) are cultured for the ability to digest waste – quickly, efficiently and without odors! These bacteria are combined with free enzymes using a patented stabilization process. The enzymes work in harmony with bacteria to quickly break down proteins, starch, carbohydrates, animal and vegetable fats – to provide the fastest action available in a liquid digestant.

Rex-Bac-T EP-303 MULTI - PURPOSE utilizes the powerful waste digesting abilities of natural enzymes and bacteria. It is a blend of special bacteria strains (both anaerobic and aerobic types) cultured for their ability to digest and liquefy organic sewage quickly, efficiently and without odors! These potent bacteria are combined with natural enzymes to immediately break down all types of organic waste for effective digestion. Regular applications are necessary to replenish the beneficial bacteria and minimize growth of unwanted bacteria that produces odors and noxious gas. These beneficial bacteria cultures are vastly superior to naturally occurring bacteria in digesting waste. Treated systems will reduce BOD and COD faster and more efficiently, enabling the system to treat higher volumes of waste and meet stringent effluent quality requirements. It will help the treatment system to resist temporary disruptions caused by toxic influent, while reducing odors and sludge volume. In septic systems, it will eliminate solids carry-over and odors, and reduce the frequency of pump-outs. It introduces micro-organisms into the soil for improved drainage and smooth operations of drainfields or leach beds

Our eco-friendly healthy bacteria formulation continuously eliminates odors and maintains drain lines. Lasts up to 1,500 flushes. Does not contain harmful acids or para-dichlorobenzene.

ecoPur™ Multi-Function Cleaner is a 100% biodegradable cleaner, making it environmentally responsible and safe to use on most bathroom surfaces. Designed to accomplish three important aspects of any cleaning job. Our eco-friendly, multi-functional bathroom and toilet cleaner specially formulated for the daily maintenance of most bathroom areas. First, the detergents and light descaling agents cut through filmy residue and remove hard water stains, uric acid and other bathroom soils. Second, a special odor-counteracting ingredient immediately suppresses your worst malodors. In their place is left a cool minty fragrance. Finally, live bacteria cultures and enzymes eat away at organic waste matter to keep bathroom plumbing clear of build-up.

ecoPur™ Multi-Function Cleaner

MICROBE-MOP bacterial floor cleaner is designed to clean grease, grime, spoiled food, vomit, urine, feces, mold and mildew or other organic spills on kitchen and restroom floors. It is safe to use on all surfaces that cannot be harmed by water. Its unique formula contains selected strains of natural enzyme-producing bacteria. These special strains of bacteria are efficient at digesting organic waste to eliminate odors at their source. MICROBE-MOPS deep cleaning power, removes grease and grime below the surface to make tile floors and grout slip resistant. By dissolving organic waste on floors which creates a breeding ground for odors, the source is removed creating a more sanitary condition.

MICROBE-MOP Bacterial Floor Cleaner

BIO-D Opener, Maintainer utilizes the digestive abilities of naturally occurring bacteria to break up this organic material (food waste, animal and vegetable fats and oils, undissolved soap residue) into smaller water-soluble particles. Regular use establishes an active bacteria population that continuously works to keep this accumulation from occurring. Most drain clogs result from the accumulation of organic materials on the inside of drain surfaces. Adding this product to drains once a week and allowing it to work overnight ensures that drains remain open.

BIO-D Opener, Maintainer

PurGreen™ Bio-XL formulation increases the surface wetting ability, reduces the surface tension of hydrophobic contaminants, increases the permeability of clay soils, and normalizes the conversion of urea to ammonia. In wastewater processes, odor reduction in the sludge material is generally attributed to activity against the anaerobic bacteria. By changing the surface tension and a disruption of the metabolic process, enough changes are induced to cause a reduction or elimination of unwanted byproducts. Additional lignin's and heterogeneous modifiers catalyze the biological activity. Glycoside formation provides the sugars to the process to encourage aerobic bacteria growth.

BIO-G2 Multi-Strain Spore Concentrate is formulated specially for grease traps. Lipase enzymes target large particles of oil and grease, breaking them down into smaller particles so that the bacteria can more effectively eliminate the clogs. As grease breaks down, the pH drops. This creates a harsh environment for the helpful bacteria. The Bio-G2 series is a safe and effective choice for grease trap maintenance and designed to work effectively in lower pH ranges found in grease traps.

BIO-G2 Multi-Strain Spore Concentrate

r Lift-EZE OC 500 keeps lift station surfaces free of grease. As waste water levels rise and fall, heavy grease deposits are deposited on lift station walls. It coats the walls and surfaces of the lift station to remove heavy grease accumulations quickly and safely. Our special non-emulsifying formula floats on the surface of the water, so it continues to remove deposits as the water level changes. Our unique formula contains a soybean oil derivative which does not evaporate as fast as other solvents, so it remains on the surface of wastewater longer to penetrate fats, oils, and grease (FOG), dirt and strip them away from the surfaces. This product will not disrupt the natural biological process of bacteria in the lift station.
