L-300 product combines the potent waste-digesting properties of natural enzymes and special multi-cultured strains of natural bacteria. These Bacillus bacteria spores (both anaerobic and aerobic) are cultured for the ability to digest waste – quickly, efficiently and without odors! These bacteria are combined with free enzymes using a patented stabilization process. The enzymes work in harmony with bacteria to quickly break down proteins, starch, carbohydrates, animal and vegetable fats – to provide the fastest action available in a liquid digestant.

In wastewater processes, odor reduction in the sludge material is generally attributed to activity against the anaerobic bacteria. By changing the surface tension and a disruption of the metabolic process, enough changes are induced to cause a reduction or elimination of unwanted byproducts. Additional lignin's and heterogeneous modifiers catalyze the biological activity. Glycoside formation provides the sugars to the process to encourage aerobic bacteria growth.

Lipase enzymes target large particles of oil and grease, breaking them down into smaller particles so that the bacteria can more effectively eliminate the clogs. As grease breaks down, the pH drops. r Lift-EZE OC 500 keeps lift station surfaces free of grease. As waste water levels rise and fall, heavy grease deposits are deposited on lift station walls. It coats the walls and surfaces of the lift station to remove heavy grease accumulations quickly and safely. Our special non-emulsifying formula floats on the surface of the water, so it continues to remove deposits as the water level changes. Our unique formula contains a soybean oil derivative which does not evaporate as fast as other solvents, so it remains on the surface of wastewater longer to penetrate fats, oils, and grease (FOG), dirt and strip them away from the surfaces. This product will not disrupt the natural biological process of bacteria in the lift station.
