BIO-D Opener, Maintainer utilizes the digestive abilities of naturally occurring bacteria to break up this organic material (food waste, animal and vegetable fats and oils, undissolved soap residue) into smaller water-soluble particles. Regular use establishes an active bacteria population that continuously works to keep this accumulation from occurring. Most drain clogs result from the accumulation of organic materials on the inside of drain surfaces. Adding this product to drains once a week and allowing it to work overnight ensures that drains remain open.

    To Remove Drain Blockages

    Pour 2 ounces of BIO-D into clogged drain. Its thickened formula will carry this unique product directly to the site of the stoppage. Allow drain to set undisturbed for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Flush drain with hot water for several minutes to loosen clog and restore normal drain flow. If flow is not completely restored, repeat treatment.

    • Directions For Use:  Shake Or Mix Well Before Using
    • Clogged drains: Initial Treatment - Pour 2 ounces into clogged drain. Let drain sit undisturbed for at least 6 hours. Flush drain with hot water for several minutes to loosen clog and restore normal drain flow. Repeat if required.
    • Maintenance Treatment - One to two ounces weekly or 2-3 ounces for drains that receive large amounts of organic matter (kitchen and garbage disposals) Allow the drain to sit undisturbed overnight for best results. Do not use bleach, harsh detergents or disinfectants in conjunction with this product.
    • Commercial or Hospitality Operations: Dose with two ounces daily. Do not use bleach, harsh detergents or disinfectants in conjunction with this product.

    Caution

    May irritate eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use gloves and safety glasses when handling. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not take internally. If in eyes, flush with plenty of cool water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, obtain medical assistance. If on skin, remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. Wash skin and hands with soap and water. If swallowed, give person several glasses of water and induce vomiting. Contact physician or poison control center for additional instructions.
