Romcolor KRITILEN

KRITILEN® IR700 contains an alternative effective Infra-Red absorber. The recommended addition rate in LDPE or LDPE/EVA films is at the range of 3%-10%, depending on the film thickness, VA content of the film and required "thermic effect". It influences the film haze at a lower degree than IR550, keeping the same high transmittance.

KRITILEN® BLUE PET41121 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® PP50948 are green masterbatches based on a special PP carrier, providing anti-split, weld enhancing and slip properties to the end product.

KRITILEN® IR550 contains an effective inorganic Infra-Red absorber. Recommended addition in LDPE films is 5%-15% depending on film thickness and required "thermic effect". For LDPE/EVA co-extruded films, recommended addition is 2%-10% depending on film thickness, VA content of the film and required "thermic effect".

KRITILEN® PT6302 is a black masterbatch containing 30% P-type carbon black on a PET carrier suitable for transparent black PET straps. The production of PET straps requires the use of specialty additive masterbatches, which enable the end processor to optimize the production process and also improve the end product properties and functionality. For this purpose, PLASTIKA KRITIS S.A. have developed the following additive masterbatches.

KRITILEN® ORANGE PET21749 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® PPA932P is a black masterbatch containing 30% P type carbon black on a special PP carrier. It also contains a selected package of antioxidants in its recipe, which protect the end application polymer from thermal degradation during processing and end use. BLACK PPA932P offers anti-split properties to the end product. Due to its low particle size carbon black, it imparts better UV resistance to strap.
