KRITILEN® PT6302 is a black masterbatch containing 30% P-type carbon black on a PET carrier suitable for transparent black PET straps. The production of PET straps requires the use of specialty additive masterbatches, which enable the end processor to optimize the production process and also improve the end product properties and functionality. For this purpose, PLASTIKA KRITIS S.A. have developed the following additive masterbatches.

KRITILEN® YELLOW PET11325 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® WE PP9120 is a colorless additive masterbatch providing anti-split, weld enhancing and slip properties to the end product. It contains 15% of active ingredients and can be used in combination with a color masterbatch. Its indicative addition rate is 1%.

KRITILEN® VIOLET PET35732 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® IR550 contains an effective inorganic Infra-Red absorber. Recommended addition in LDPE films is 5%-15% depending on film thickness and required "thermic effect". For LDPE/EVA co-extruded films, recommended addition is 2%-10% depending on film thickness, VA content of the film and required "thermic effect".

KRITILEN® RED PET31339 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® PPA932P is a black masterbatch containing 30% P type carbon black on a special PP carrier. It also contains a selected package of antioxidants in its recipe, which protect the end application polymer from thermal degradation during processing and end use. BLACK PPA932P offers anti-split properties to the end product. Due to its low particle size carbon black, it imparts better UV resistance to strap.

KRITILEN® PP51883 are green masterbatches based on a special PP carrier, providing anti-split, weld enhancing and slip properties to the end product.

KRITILEN® BLUE PET41122 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® BROWN PET71766 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® PP50948 are green masterbatches based on a special PP carrier, providing anti-split, weld enhancing and slip properties to the end product.

KRITILEN® ORANGE PET21768 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® BROWN PET71623 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® PP940 is a black masterbatch containing 40% SRF carbon black on a special PP carrier. It is a cost efficient black masterbatch providing anti-split properties to the end product. It contains a higher particle size carbon black in comparison to PPA932P, imparting lower UV resistance to strap. It is not food approved.

KRITILEN® YELLOW PET11256 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

Kritilen® I R770 contains the same Infra-Red absorber as KRITILEN® IR700, but at a higher concentration. Its proposed addition rate in LDPE or LDPE/EVA films is at the range of 2%-7%, depending on the film thickness, VA content of the film and required "thermic effect".

KRITILEN® GREEN PET50919 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® RED PET30612 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® BLUE PET41121 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® OFF-WHITE PET91540 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® BLUE PET41815 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® IR700 contains an alternative effective Infra-Red absorber. The recommended addition rate in LDPE or LDPE/EVA films is at the range of 3%-10%, depending on the film thickness, VA content of the film and required "thermic effect". It influences the film haze at a lower degree than IR550, keeping the same high transmittance.

KRITILEN® PP51585 is a green masterbatch based on a special PP carrier, providing anti-split properties to the end product.

KRITILEN® CE9125 contains 15% of a versatile chain extender/compatibiliser with a medium to high epoxy functionality based on a special PP carrier. This allows for rapid reaction with condensation thermoplastics (e.g. PET), resulting in higher molecular weight and by that, low quality recycled PET can be upgraded or that good quality one can be treated more robustly. The proposed KRITILEN® CE9125 addition rate is 1.5%-6.5%, depending on the recycled resin quality and proportion in the blend. KRITILEN® CE9125 should not be used at processing temperatures exceeding 320deg. Celsius.

Kritilen® HT 555 is a special IR-absorber that does not affect film clarity. For better results, it is recommended to combine it with EVA, at an addition of 3%-10%.

KRITILEN® SILVER PET81883 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® GREEN PET51980 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

KRITILEN® PT51510 is a transparent green masterbatch based on a PET carrier.
