Wrap the RUCKER grilled and pan-fried cheese with vegetables and herbs in aluminum foil, place on the grill or put in the oven. We find a tomato carpaccio with fresh basil, along with crispy ciabatta or fresh farmhouse bread, to be particularly delicious with natural grilled and pan-fried cheese.
