"We, the Rücker dairy and cheese factory, are a North German family business. Our head office is in Aurich, East Friesland, we have a second location in Wismar, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania. We are the fourth generation to run the business ourselves as the Rücker family. The essentials have remained unchanged since the founding year 1890 : Then as now we process the high-quality milk from farms in Germany's coastal regions into cheese specialties of the best quality. At Rücker, we produce for retail, wholesale and the processing industry. Firmly anchored in northern Germany, we have always delivered to dealers all over the world. After all, here in the north the horizon is far. Always open to new things, we like to be inspired by cheeses from other countries and interpret them as coastal specialties made from fresh cow's milk.
