This high modulus, injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V1 at 1.5mm. NORYL™ CN1134 resin exhibits good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and high rigidity. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis and electric vehicle battery (EV) applications. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. This injection moldable grade was designed for improved dimensional stability and flow. This grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with impact strength, very low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and good electrical properties. NORYL™ N1050 resin is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications requiring electrically insulating properties, low moisture absorption and low warpage.

NORYL N1250 Resin is a durable, heat-resistant, and flame-retardant plastic blend of PPE and PS with excellent dimensional stability and electrical insulating properties, for potential use in evaluation in electrical and consumer electronic applications. NORYL N1250 Resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS). This resin: -    Has high heat resistance, meaning it can withstand high temperatures without degrading -    Contains non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardants  -    Has a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm -    Has low moisture absorption -    Is an injection-moldable grade NORYL N1250 Resin’s enhanced dimensional stability allows it to retain its shape and size under various conditions. NORYL N1250 Resin has good electrical insulating properties, making it well suited for evaluation in electronic components such as charger and adapter housings.

This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V1 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI 110C. NORYL™ SE1GFN1 exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for appliance internals, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL NH6020 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS) designed for high heat resistance and thin-wall FR performance. This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI of 110C. NORYL NH6020 resin passes VDE/DIN 475 part 815 testing, Ball Pressure Test (BPT) at 125C, GWFI 960C at 1, 2, 3mm, GWIT 825C at 1mm, and CTI >600V making this an excellent candidate for unattended appliance components where EN/IEC 60335 applies. SABIC's Specialties Business ELCRES XD2322 polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin is a UV stabilized opaque grade. This resin offers UL94 V0@1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR system, excellent low temperature ductility characteristics and processability. ELCRES XD2322 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications such as electronic vehicles (EV) and 5G devices.

This injection moldable grade has high stiffness (flexural modulus 8200 MPa), excellent chemical resistance, and high heat resistance. NORYL GTX830 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including automotive under the bonnet applications and water meter housings.
