Rice Flakes are a derivate from rice production.the extraction takes place through mechanical action, water employment and technological coadjuvants. the drying process is carried out while maintaining product characteristics intact, so to be commercialized as white flakes with white color and neutral smell and taste. we are looking at a unique product distinguished by its capacity of instant suspension if blended in water solution, giving the preparation a chalky consistency with no clumps.

Rice starch is a native starch extracted from broken rice of 100% EU origin. Extraction from selected rice is carried out by mechanical action and using water and technological adjuvants; drying does not change product properties which is marketed in the form of white light powder, insoluble in fresh water, with a neutral taste and flavor. It is used primarily as a thickener.

Organic Rice Starch NON EU is a native starch extracted from "ORGANIC" rice of 100% extra EU origin. extraction from selected organic rice is carried out by mechanical action and using pure water; drying does not change product properties which is marketed in the form of white light powder, insoluble in fresh water, with a neutral taste and flavor.The Organic certification is issued by Italian Authority recognized with Ministerial Ordinance.
