The physical form of A-3021 is free flowing pellets, available in 1300-lb gaylords or 300-lb fiber drums.

PEXIDAN® A-3021 is a moisture-reactive compound and exposure to ambient moisture prior to use must be avoided. For optimum performance the product is packaged dry in a heat-sealed aluminized liner and should be kept in its sealed liner until use. Un-used portions in opened packaging should be used within days. Proper evacuation and resealing may allow A-3021 to be re-stored for several weeks after initial opening but this practice should be avoided, and SĀCO AEI makes no warranties about its fitness for purpose if this practice is followed.
A-3021 should never be dried, and A-3021 removed from the packaging should not be returned to the packaging. In order to prevent prescorching this grafted compound and the catalyst masterbatch must be stored separately and mixed only when used. Un-used mixtures must be discarded. It is recommended that un-opened A-3021 be used within 6 months from the date of manufacture printed on the packaging
